Its finally here, but i don't know how small to go. I have been D-DDD through my life and after having a baby apparently jumped up to G. I'm not that fat, still working on pregnancy weight 15months after the fact. But I'm 140 and should be 110-120. I'm 5'2' I am scared, very scared. I want to be able not to wear a bra and easily find swimwear and bras in my size, but worried if it's too small everything i own would be garbage and my belly would show too much.  Any thoguhts?

So, its the morning after. I slept fine. wok up for pain meds. Been drinking lots of water, ate apples, boiled eggs, cereal bars and a slice of toast The pain isn't serious, but then again I am on pain killers. Emptying the drains bags was pretty easy. The center of my chest and arm pits seem to be only areas where there is discomfort. Other than that, life is good. Will post more later or tomorrow

Wow Dino seems like you are breezing thru so far! Everyone has their own unique experiences post-op and tolerance for pain meds. I was completely exhausted for 7-8 days after but on day 9 my energy started coming back. I won't get into my discomfort level...let's just say it was a rough 5 weeks! Hope you are happy with the results after all the swelling is resolved and glad you are feeling so well.

Just went for my surgery today, nervous, anxious and terrified. When i came out of anesthesia i was shocked, i didn't recall getting any, going away and i sure as hell did not feel i've been operated on. I am able to move my arms pretty well, drains don't bug me as much and the pain, we;; very mild or its the pain meds talking. This much better than i expected. Totally tolerable. I havent sneaked a peak yet, but can feel i over my nightshirt and my back hasn't stopped thanking me. I did empty the drains and go pee several times, no issues there at all, except I'm a bit blurry so couldnt read it very well. Thanks for hubbie who figured that part out. I will update tomorrow if anything changes, maybe there will be more pain tomorrow or maybe not, I'm just tired.

I went from a heavy & very dense DD to a C almost 3 months ago and I think my new size is perfect! I honestly think a B cup would be too small for me, and yes my belly shows more now that my boobs are not so big but I am working on that. I got rid of about 18 shirts but there were many others that I can still wear with a layer underneath or I am putting them in the dryer to shrink them now. My surgeon recommended I choose a C instead of a B and he did a wonderful job with the size and shape of my "new" boobs. I lost 3 lbs 2 oz from my chest just going down 2 sizes... I feel much better!
