After multiple abdominal surgeries, is a tummy tuck possible?

I have an 8yr old vertical scar that starts under bust and end above pubic area as well as two cesarian scars located in the bikini line. the large scar is now stretched in some places as a result of fluctuating weight during pregnancies. Is it at all possible to have a tummy tuck or scar revision done to improve the look of my abdominal area?
