Moving on from the "serious" pain meds

So when you feel like you are ready to be done with the percocet and valium whats a good pain schedule after that for motrin 200mg.   I've been taking 3 pills of 200mg - How often can I do this?  Whats the better schedule for sleeping? Can I do tylenol PM at night? any insights/suggestions?   I am a 12/15- TT, BA and lift- shower today!!!
