Mommy Makeover Quotes. Best Value Cities. I Keep Hearing That South FL is the Best Place to Go?

I am considering a mommy makeover breast lift, saline implants, TT with lipo. I have been researching board certified surgeons and the prices vary greatly with location, eve huge price difference when even performed in the same city, could be thousands $ difference. Are there cities that are considered a great value? I keep hearing that south Florida is the best place to go and you will receive great results from board certified surgeons at a low price than most cities in the US.
