Mommy Makeover Financing Options in Memphis, TN? Any In-house Financing Surgeons?

I am interested in having a large breast augmentation, lift, areola reduction and a tummy tuck with lipo. I have 8,000 put back towards my surgery now. My question is, are there any in-house financing board cert. surgeons in the Memphis, TN area? Also, would a down payment of 8,000 increase my chances of being approved for financing through a financing company? Any estimates of total cost? I am 5ft, 109 lbs, deflated c cup. Thank you!
