MM in two days sooo nervous!

Hi gals!  I'm going in on Friday for my full Mommy Makeover.  I'm extremely nervous today!  I have a low tolerance for pain, and a high tolerance for medications.  What if it's the most miserable time of my life, and I regret doing it?!  My Dr. is going to use Exparel, which is supposed to numb all of the incisions for the first 3 days.  Will that be enough help?  People on the flat side, what kind of pain was the worst?  The incision areas, or implants themselves, or what?
