Anyone having an MM in November/December?

So I am scheduled to have my MM on Nov. 28th. I am having a tummy tuck with some lipo, and a breast lift with augmentation as well. I am super excited, but pretty nervous too!!

A mommy makeover is a big deal! Being nervous is definitely normal. See that worth it rating up there of 98%, though? Almost every single woman is glad to have gotten this done. Looking forward to seeing how it all goes for you!

Mine is November 17th - I have been on the surgery schedule since June! At this point, I am just anxious to be done with it!

I need to get through the Holidays before I have my surgery...so I am thinking of scheduling in the first week of January.

@Jennifer, I had thought about waiting til after the holidays too just because then I went to my consultation and couldn't wait!!! Too anxious. Have you had your consult yet?
@cabo honey, glad I have someone else to be excited with!! I am super anxious too. I hope this next month and a half goes fast...

Kingston- I have had 4 consults already and 2 more to go! I know what you mean about not being able to wait!! I just have so much going on and the Holidays are super big with my family. I am really excited for you and will be following along : ))

We have a trip to Mexico scheduled in May. I figure 6 months to allow for most of the swelling to go away and settling to occur. I am 5-1/2 weeks away. I really need my surgical vacation soon...

Getting close cabo honey!!! My hubby and I are planning a vacation to Vegas next April or may. Can't wait to where some cute outfits!!
Jennifer-holidays are big in my family too, so I feel slightly guilty getting it before the holidays but since I am doing it after thanksgiving and four weeks before Xmas, I hope i am in the clear.

I was worried about holidays too but with one daughter at age 28 who will assume all of the duties of making Thanksgiving dinner (yikes!) I just have to "relax" and let it happen. My other two daughters are 12 and 14 and each want only one big ticket item for Christmas so shopping will be minimal. No Black Friday shopping for me this year...

We are going to Disneyland for Halloween. My ps had suggested that I wait to have my surgery after that so I can enjoy the trip. He felt that with all of the walking done at Disney that I would not enjoy the trip. When we return from Disney, I will only have 2 weeks to go!

Ahhh I have never been to disney at night for halloween! I am waitign for that one day!

We are going to Knott's Berry Farm for one day and then back that night for their "fright night". Then we are going to Disney for 2 days and coming back on Halloween night. My oldest dd (28 yo) and her daughter (6 yo) will join us for Disney. The Knott's fright night will be too intense for the 6 yo. Should be fun!

I love knotts so so sos much fun I have a blast this year I am not going no where because I have a boobie fund so I am saving all my money so I get get the gurls done after tt in may!

I had one yesterday and it went great. We decided on my implant sizes and went over the TT incision placement. Now all I have to do is decide how implants will be placed.

Girls, I have mine scheduled for Dec. 13. I am getting nervous but also excited at the thought of losing the flap.... ohh, the dreaded flap! I just hope I'm feeling okay by Christmas so I can be around my extended family without being in a lot of pain. Keep me posted!

Hi everyone! I went in Nov 4 for MM today is day 3 post op and I actually feel human again. First day was very rough for me -i was very sick from the pain meds so i gave them up and have been ok on just tylenol since. Husband has been a godsend-dont think he knew how much he was really going to have to do-hard to say "wipe me" lol but he has done it all! Today i showered and got to see it all unwrapped and considering all I had done I only have bruising around my belly button. Drains to come out on Thursday. Do all stitches need to be removed or do some dissolve like c-sect stitches? Somethings are still freaking me out- the daily boob massage is painful but seems to help. Im worrried about the drain removal as well but I guess i just have to keep looking forward! Good luck!

Diane I heard Drain removal is not painful at all I am so happy you are ok =)

I go in tomorrow and still haven't decided areolar or IMF for incision!
