Minor acne scars and microdermabrasion

I don't have bad acne at all, but when I did get a pimple or two I freaked out and picked it to death which left tiny slight pinkish marks on my skin. Some you probably can't even notice. I do not have horrible scarring like indents or dark marks.

But these reddish marks have been lingering for quit sometime and I was hoping this treatment could remove my marks for good! The photo below is of my biggest mark!
