Mini-tummy tuck candidate?

Stomach is result of two pregnancies. I hate the fact that I can't wear a two-piece swimsuit anymore! I also cannot take 3 weeks to recover from a major surgery like an abdominoplasty so I would love to get a mini tummy tuck with lipo. I can feel my abs under my later of fat but dont want to tighten by exercise them because it makes skin look worse! don't care about the round tummy. Do you think a mini tummy tuck is possible? PS I don't think the picture fully depicts the extra skin, it looks worse in person
