Is a mini tuck necessary after lipo?

7 different consultations, but one of them suggests I get a mini tuck after the lipo. In fact, the other doctor's tell me it will be firm. What kind of body condition would a person have to have to need a tuck? Can anyone recommend a doctor in the Orlando area, or even Tampa?
I've heard that age has a lot to do with it. As we age, our skin becomes less elastic. Also, your skin will lose a bit of elasticity every time you gain or lose weight, so if your weight has fluctuated over your lifetime (esp. with major weight loss) then this will play a part.
You could always get the lipo and wait and see how you heal. If you're not happy with your final look, you can get a mini tuck at that point.
