microliposuction breast reduction

Hi, I am considering a breast reduction and as well as the traditional method am considering the tumescent liposuction method. I had a consultation with a PS who said I could potentially come down 3 cup sizes and have firm enough skin etc. but won't really know if I'm suitable till/if I have a mammogram. But I want to do a lot more research before I have a mammogram, so if anybody here has had the same procedure, please could you tell me: Were you happy with results? How long until settled down to final results? How big a change in size did you get in the end? How did you manag to make a decision re. the 'theoretical risk' around liposuction and breast cancer?
