Question viewed 325 times
While having a microdermabrasion treatment a mole was taken off the top, tip of my nose. It was small and I think she thought it was a blackhead. Now today the scab fell off of where the mole was, what should I do?

Have a dermatologist check your mole after microdermabrasion injured it

You should probably have the area checked by a board certified dermatologist to see if any residual mole is still present. Chances are the microdermabasion only removed the top of the mole and sometimes the mole can grow back. Without an expert check, you can't be sure what it was.  It could have been a skin cancer, freckle, mole or something else entirely.
