OMG...I do the same thing. Every time I remove my binder in the morning or body shaper at night I have a momentary thought that my belly grew back. It hasn't! LOL.

Thanks for the explanation. It comes from out of nowhere and it scared me a bit. I am originally from Cali, living in Texas now. Always a Cali girl.. :)

Good afternoon ladies!! I will be 10 weeks PO tomorrow ... and I am feeling "flat" tastic!! I have not resumed my prior work-out regimen as of yet...my youngest daughter just completed the "Insanity" work out and the results are phenomenal and I am very interesting in giving it a try...just need to talk hubby into purchasing the program for me. It is very intense but as a person who has worked out for many years of my life ... I have never seen a work out sculpt a body such as that. I want to be the best me I can be!! will keep you all posted. Happy healthy healing to you all ... have a great week!

Keep us updated on how you do with it. I've been doing "The Firm" off and on for several years now. It works well but the same 3 videos get boring after a time. I heard Insanity has a bit longer rotation.

I know a lot of u girls started exercising wondering is anyone doing ab work like crunches? i did a few today didnt feel bad but i feel kind of scard working that area. what about any of u?
Adreamcometrue 21 May 2013
Due to my history of several hernias, I am not allowed to do ab work. That is one of the reasons I had a TT. Core work just made my middle worse. I am focusing on arms with 2 sets of 15 of 4 different exercises with 5 pound weights. I will work to 3 sets of each. I am doing 3 sets of 25 lat pulldowns on either 38 or 48 pounds. Also, I am on the treadmill 65 mins including warm up and cool down. I vary incline from 5 to 15. I vary speed from 3 to 4.5. As a result I burn about about 415 cals. Then I walk outside 2 - 2.5 miles. I do this routine 3 - 5 days a week. When I don't get into the gym I still walk outside 3 - 5 miles. So, yes...I am afraid to work core.

I have been using the ab machine at the gym. I go REAL SLOW WITH IT and I don't over do it. So far so good. I have 33 pounds on the machine when I am doing it too.

I do minimal abs...too scared. Knowing others are doing okay though, I may step out of my comfort zone a little more!

I'm glad my tummy is flat now but I have been working out on my legs and hoping to get them in shape. i have slimmer thighs since i had lipo on them but i want them more slimmer. i have been trying to do excercies to focus on my legs and butt. my problem area. i think a lot of us figured oh were getting surgery and then i will be perfect. Speaking for myself ...not!!! I. ..still need to tone up. ugh!!!! Damn it. sucks at times being

My legs look huge now that my tummy is flat and breasts lifted. I'm going to focus on slimming them down. I have two months to get my self in order. I'm thinking about giving the zagorra pants a try.

Had my check up at PS. They said everything looked good and I was healing nicely. I asked about the lump on my hip...she said it might be a hematoma so I should massage it(?) She scheduled me for six weeks to come back and have them look at it again. At that time I will be almost 3 months po so they will determine if I will need any revisions then. Not really thrilled at that but I guess that's just how this all goes.

10 weeks PO here and yes....my stomach is still numb. I guess you would call it 1/2 numb - I mean I can feel it, but it's not fully "awake" and creeps me out. I hope this feeling isn't permanent. weird feelign when pulling on pants and I still can't stand wearing jeans.

Hey everyone, It has been awhile since I have been on here. It looks like everyone else is still having the problems I have. I am really swollen in my lower abdomen, it is hard as a rock. It does look a lot better than before, but is really frustrating that I have gone up a size.
sunnydays2 20 May 2013
I am right there with you. 10 weeks PO here. mine swells up to belly button area too and my flanks still aren't calming down. irritating roller coaster ride. your pics look great though!
