I Would Love to Give my Surgeon and Nurse a Gift ... What Do You Recommend

I am a bigger girl who had a huge "apron" so i got an extended tummy tuck w lip and it was life changing for me... I have been very emotional since the surgery and my doctor and nurse have been so caring and wonderful to me so I would love to get them something to show my appreciation but I wouldn't even know where to begin... what would you recommend?

Hopefully I am not too late.......consider a nice bottle of wine. Ask the sales person wherever you decide o purchase the wine. Jut a suggestion.
