Loosing more weight AFTER abdominal liposuction

Forgive me if this has already been covered ... I'm about mid way through my weight loss. I still have aprox. 50 lbs to go. By the time my lipo I'm ready for my lipo, I should have about 20 - 25 lbs to go. I'm curious about what to expect ... Ideally I would wait until it's all off but I can't - I will be travelling for close to a year. My sin is moderatly elastic. Thoughts? Thanks so much everyone!
That should read: By the time I'm ready for my lipo, I should have about 20 - 25 lbs to go.
And
My SKIN is moderately elastic.
