do you have to loose the weight first

I', 49 almost 50 it bothers me lookin at myself and anyone else been a widow for 6 years. It seems like I dont' want to be with anyone at this time . I have lost 100 lbs since my husband past so not sure if anyone who could fix me . Is there anyone that could help me feel and look better.  And how long is down time . Want to close to be home and how long will recovery last .
