Will it take longer for my tip to rotate down because I had big bone spurs and a deviated septum fixed?

I had rhinoplasty 20 days ago. I had the cast taken off at 5 days and was extremely upset to see nostrils staring back at me! I still had splints in until day 12 and when they took those off my nose looked somewhat better. My nose swelled back up after that for a few days. I feel like the swelling is going down but the tip is not going down very much. Is there still hope that I won't look like a pig for the rest of my life? I am in my senior year of high school and I hate the way I look right now.
I'm sorry you're not happy with your results right now. I can tell you that three weeks is still early days and it can take up to a year to see your final results. Your tip is probably still pretty swollen. We'd love to see a photo so we can visualize what you're describing.
