How long does it take to start seeing results in inner and outer thighs?

I am 6 days post-op from a tumescent lipo procedure to inner and outer hips, inner knees and lower buttock area. My hips are noticably changed in appearance and in measurement! However, my thighs are actually 2 inches larger than pre-op. Is there a week where it all just vaporizes! Also, any advice to help reduce the swelling?

I can only speak for the inner thighs, which I had done. It will take several months for ALL of the swelling to go away. To reduce swelling wear a compression garment and avoid salt.
