About how long is it taking to stand erect again?

I had my tt on Oct 24.  Had the drains pulled yesterday.  I am finding that my back muscles are tiring quickly and I look like a woman in her 80's all hunched over.  Any tips or advice?  I know it has only been a week and this takes time...

I was mostly upright within a couple of days (Oct 3 for my surgery) but fully upright was 4 weeks.
