How long will I need help taking care of young kids?

I'm scheduled to have  BR at the end of April.  I have 3 kids (2, 6, 9).  How long will I need help with caring for them? The closer it gets to surgery the more nervous I am!

If you can get some help for your first week that would be great. You may even need two weeks, especially with the younger one.
