how long did you have the foam under the binder?

I have this pink foam under my binder that drives me crazy...I know my doc told me how long I had to wear it but totally slipped my mind since you're given so much information at once....please someone give me good news that this foam is gone after the first week :)

You should call your doctor with that question.  They are all different so you need to follow his instructions and care plan on that one.
