The frequency of treatment can change person to person. It also depends on the problem for which you are taking the BOTOX treatment. But yes, it is not permanent treatment so the results can vary.

BOTOX is a treatment which affects the nerve communication for a particular period of time, so its results are not permanent. In general this treatment lasts about 4-6 months but young patients can repeat it after 8-9 months. Frequency of BOTOX treatment is determined by the doctor by considering different factors like age of the patient, area of body under BOTOX treatment, whether you are experiencing any side effects etc.

Botox is the most commonly used cosmetic treatment and it usually varies from person to person. The average duration is from 3-4 months. This duration can also vary according to the type of the treatment you have used.

Typically 3-4 months for the forehead and frown lines. A little bit less for Crow's feet. I tell my patients 2-2 1/2 months, but that area is less expensive to treat.
