how long before I stand up again

I had my tt on Dec 13th a day before my 41st birthday and I am glad I did it.  Tomorrow I get the drains out SOO HAPPY, and the pain has not been that bad, but the tightness of my muscles make me wonder when will I get to stand up some what straight again. My dr said to walk at a 60 degree angle for 7 days.
