How long after breast reduction does it take for breasts to drop and become less boxy?????????

Mine took about 6 months to look normal and take on a great shape.  Stay patient and it will happen:)  Gravity takes time..

I'm 2 days post op. my breasts look flat and pushed under my armpits. I think they look really small and flat. Will I have cleavage again?
