Considering Getting Liposuction from a Post Grad, Cosmetic Surgery Program Recommendation in NYC?

I am really want liposuction on my upper arms, they have been fat for years nothing helps, my weight is 110lbs. i cant afford much, so wanted to find somewhere cheap i dont mind b helping out students, as i am a hairdresser and we trained on the public. can anyone tell me where i can go to get this done.
