Lipoma Stitches photo , is it normal or infected ?

i had removed a lipoma from my inner thigh last week and this is how it looks today , i dun know if it's normal or infected , should i consult the doctor. stitches are dissolvalble and i dun know how long it will take to dissolve , 8 days passed till date, should i cover them with Silicon sheet, i have been taking Antibiotics since the surgery( Augmentin 1 Gram) to avoid such infections , your advice will be highly appreciated , Thanks
