is lipofilling cream useful?

I only have used one for my bust, Boustise breast enlargement cream http://www.boustise.com/ I believe it has a few lipofilling ingredients, such as dictyopteris membrancia, which is suppossed to trap more fat under the skin. I feel my skin is more firm and i guess fuller and w a bit more "springback" than when i am not using it
