Lipo on thighs feel hard 8 days out. Do I massage?

I had a MM on Nov. 18.  The lipo bruising still hurts! My thighs feel rock hard.  Do you think I should massage it? Any suggestions?  I am taking Arnica and Bromelain. Tummy tuck hurts so bad when I sneeze. Its like a sharp burning!

Sneezing and coughing after a TT is horrible! It's been a few days since you posted this. Is the bruising still bothering you? Have you checked with your surgeon about the massage?

I asked the nurse during my post op on Nov. 28th. She said I should start massaging it to get rid of the "woodiness". It hurts to rub it, but I think it helps. I have been trying Arnica cream, but I don't know if it makes a difference.
