Why shouldn't lipo-cavitation (ultrasonic) be used on someone with a hip replacement?

I am very curious to know.. How can I become a laser tech for this treatment? I've seen some of these machines for as low at 300.00 on eBay, but I don't know where to start? I would love to have a side business doing this and then I could treat myself for a fraction of the cost. Thanks for any info.

I see! I'm in Colorado and I have seen several massage therapists take it up as a side gig, along with others who I honestly think have no certifications at all. Let's just say I only want to do it on myself. Do you think one of the 300-600 USD machines would be worth it in my case? How can I search for a reputable affordable machine? Thanks again for your help!
