Left implant firmer than right, strange sensation

I had silicon implants a year ago now my left seems much firmer than my right and I have a numbness all around the breast along with strange pains in my nipple. The shape has also seemed to change. What could this be?

Most doctors on this site would probably recommend you consulting with your plastic surgeon on this matter. Have you done that? How are you feeling now.
