Left breast still high and swollen

Hi. I am 4 weeks and 3 days post op from breast lift and implants 450cc gel implants. Everything was going well until last week on Sunday I woke up and was unable to take a deep breath from left side, painful. The left breast is still swollen at top and still high but getting soft. My PS said possible clot or fluid build up. Did a chest xray to check for lung problems or pneumonia (all clear). Should I put warm or cold compress on the breast? Advice on when swelling will go down? I am doing me message/stretches.

omg can I get some kind of advice? How do you get some advice from the physicians?
