Laser surgery or chemical peel for removing gray stretch marks?

I'm 18 and I have stretch marks on my butt. I think it's a mixture of a growth spurt along with genetics (my dad has stretch marks there as well) I've had them for a while now so they are very gray. I want to get them removed but I'm not sure what the best way to go about it is.
