I had fat grafting to eye area and to my face. I am left with wrinkles, mainly around eye area crows feet and a little bit on my cheeks. I am 45 and I had a little bit of wrinkles before proceedure, but nothing compared to this. I think it is the trauma to the eye area that has left me with wrinkles. I am going to ACS, PS in Greenville,SC if you can go by the Initials and figure out who I am talking about. I am almost 3 months out, my fat grafts, which were not a complete success, but they turned out okay I am going to have to have a revision. I am going to finish with my follow up, but I won't be getting anymore fat grafts from this doctor. I showed them the wrinkles and the PS said they can do laser surfacing. I asked what kind of laser and they said it was stronger than the BBL and the micro laser resurfacing I had previously had in their office. I had 2 treatments of the BBL/micro laser, which helped my melisma and fine lines and wrinkles. I continued to ask them questions and they continued to tell me it will tighten and resolve wrinkles under the eye. I asked them again what kind of laser they would be using and they would never tell me, but come back with a different answer other than the kind of laser they were going to use on me. Then they showed me one pic of a woman with the under the eye treatment. I asked them if it was temporary or permanent, they said it would last 5 years, but you know we all age. I didn't get my answer. The cost they quoted me is 350. I can cancel if I want to.The answer I am looking for is what kind of Laser are they using on me, because I have trust issues with them about past procedures I have my doubts, as to of the laser will have lasting results. The real kicker is that they don't want to disclose what kind of laser they are going to use. My research tells me they have many different types of lasers for various types of situations. The Profractional -CX / Skintyte, Erbium laser/Active FX laser, Fractionated C02 laser, fraxel repair. I still don't know, which laser would be the best results for wrinkles under the eye, but I'am leaning towards Fractional C02, and or Profractional-CX/skintyte.I am also looking for collagen stimulation if at all possible. I am have olive skin type and have a tendency to hyperpigmentation. I don't want to make another mistake.Has anyone on this site found a good PS(BC) that is trustworthy knows what they are doing, for stimulation of collagen and wrinkles in Greenville South Carolina or 1-2 hours away in any direction from Greenville, South Carolina? Or any suggestions to what kind of laser to use for under eyes wrinkles from your past experiences?Thanks......Signed Confussed
