Laser Hair Removal Burn on Chest and Abdomen

I am a 17 year old male, and had laser hair removal on my chest and underarms exactly 3 days ago. My skin tone is brown. The pulse has left circles on my abdomen near the sides, and I think a part of the skin on the nipples is burnt.

Although I do not feel pain in these areas. These marks had been there since the night I got laser, I saw it when I went home. I have read its normal, but want to check. Could you let me know how to cure this, and whether it is normal?

Its normal in very few cases laser hair removal produce some side effects, but its due to lack of inexperience technician and not properly taken precautions during Treatment. Apply the aloe vera and vitamin E two to three times daily until your burns get reduced. Get advice of your family doctor or dermatologist.
