Has anyone used Laser Bella in Roswell, GA?

Has anyone had smart lipo at Laser Bella In Roswell, GA?  I'm interested in knowing about your experience & if you would recommond laser Bella.

My mother-in-law used them for her neck and arms and loved her results! Said it was pretty simple and I think she looks great. Good luck, I think they have a website too I'm assuming laserbella.com Good luck, Shelley

Hi All Girls, PLEASE do not go to Dr. Locke. He messed up my body when I went to Laser Bella for Liposuction last year and Dr. Jennifer had Dr. Coleman fixed his mistake for me for free a few months ago and Dr. Jennifer has been excellent. Dr. Coleman is very nice and fixed Dr. Locke's problems easily in one hour with no pain. I have done loads of research on Dr. Locke, he is currently under investigation by GA medical board for pain medicine cases and he has no surgery background and he is doing liposuction?? Do not make the same mistake I made. Dr. Jennifer is the best practice manager I have ever met so I even tried to convince her to work for my HomeCare center as my practice manager but she was quickly recruited by another well known plastic surgery center as their practice manager a week before Laser Bella business went down. She had written every patient a letter before she left but the Laser Bella email system shut down so only a few of us got it on time. Southern GirlyGirl

I never rec'd an email from Dr.Jennifer & my last appointment with her was on Sept.20th...she told me they were moving the office to a new building & Laser bella would get in touch with me about my next appt. she told me Dr.Coleman was nolonger with the company & she was looking for a new doctor. she knew that I was charged for both my precedures & only had 1. she told me they would give me a refund...that has not happen. So as much as I liked her I feel there is an ethicial issue here.

I will suggest you to contact LaserBella for your refund because Dr. Jennifer is such a nice girl and she helped me and she has been helping everyone and LaserBella was being shady and shut down their email system so a lot of patients didn't receive the email from her on time. I agree with you there is definitely a huge ethical issue there but its not her. Its her headquarter. They didn't handle situation properly! Like you stated in your review that the company didn't pay the doctors and staff.

I totally agreed with Dr. Locke's Victim. Dr. Jennifer is not the one to be blamed. LaserBella headquarter the 1-866 office is. I called the main office and tried to get another area done since I love Dr. Jennifer's service and the 1-866 headquarter told me that they are looking for a new doctor for their Roswell office as well. So Dr. Jenn didn't lie to you. Laser Bella didn't pay their doctors, manager (Dr. Jenn) and the staff so how can we blame her? I believe its totally wrong that Laser Bella didn't refund you before shutting down their business.

Contact LaserBella that is a joke & impossible...I've tried the phone rings & rings & rings noone answers. I liked Jennifer & I wished that I would have gotten an email from her.I hope the action I've taken will do he job. I paid with Carecredit & am disputing the charges. I'm talking about thousands of dollars they have from me...

I don't blame her...I just don't want to pay thousands of dollars for a precedure that hasn't been done. I thought I read in another post the Jennifer is with another doctor.I'm not the only one they(LaserBella) did this to. Ihave no idea what they did to the doctors & staff. But I really did like the staff in Roswell...they were wonderful.

OMG Bev120, you have no ideas how pissed off I am towards LaserBella!! I love love love Dr. Jennifer and this poor girl got blamed left and right for every shady things her company did to her and her patients. I am so glad I found this review site and read all your girls' reviews. LaserBella owes me a few laser hair removal treatments and I didn't get my refund either. I was there getting my hair removed the day before Laser Bella shut down their business. Laser Bella apparently kept everyone at their Roswell location in the dark then BANG closed down their business and left Dr. Jennifer with no help whatsoever. This poor girl :(

I finally had my abs and hips done Aug.18th. Love the doctors at Laser Bella.

I used them. had lower and upper abs 2 days ago. So far so good. Docs and staff are super nice. Im only a little sore. No major bruises and some swelling which is normal. I would recommend. No pressure to buy when they consult with you which I loved. I chatted with both docs during the proceedure then fell asleep!! Back to work the next day. I am so happy with results which will improve every day for the next 3 months.

Where did laser Bella go? They have left me hanging with no aftercare & no refund for the precedure they charged me for & did not do..the doctors were great...the business side of laser bella has/had ethic issues. very sad this has happen.

They moved offices. I do have the 800#: 866-876-6684. I tried calling but it's after hours. They told me they were moving 2 weeks ago but I didn't need any more follow up care. Their web site is gone...have no idea what's going on there.

My last appt. 9/20 Jennifer told me they were moving & the office would call me with my appt. time & new address. She said they were moving to the 300 bldg. but that Dr.Coleman was no longer there. I saw those too right after I read your post I went searching. Sounds like whoever ran that chain was not paying the docs, the staff or any other bills. Dr Colemans practice is listed in Kennesaw.

I am truly sorry to hear about the difficulties some of you have experienced. I left Laser Bella at the end of April-Not on the friendliest terms .I won't elaborate here. I can not be responsible for what happened after April 2011, but we are happy to assist patients with follow up care needs regardless of when they were seen at my new locations in Roswell or Suwanee. Dr. Locke, I have been looking for you all over. Please give me your new practice address. You messed up my body and I went to your new Roswell office after you left Laser Bella more than 10 times, no one was in that empty office. I asked your landlady next door and she said you ran away without paying rent and your credit score is very bad so she doesn't know where you could possibly at. I went to LaserBella before they went down their business but it turned out that you have my patient chart and my lawyer told me that you are not even qualified to be a liposuction doctor!!! how dare you operated on me? How dare you lied to me that you have done 200 cases? I am so glad you are posting on here. My lawyer and I have been looking for you. Please post your "real" wise medical center address and please post your real license of training in liposuction and surgery credential of doing liposuction and I will love to see that. I am confused that you said don't go to Dr. Locke but you asked free laser treatment as compensations? What if Dr. Locke messes up your laser hair removal? I am just very confused about your reviews.
