largest butt implants?

I am looking to get the implants bc I have scarce body fat and the BBL is so negatively rated. The implants are now technologically advanced and with the right doctor it is truly life changing for a shapeless woman like myself. I have seen lots of before and afters and I am just looking to find a significant increase in the booty. Most results are not too much larger.

Have you had any consultations yet? Your doctor would be the best person to give advice on how big they can go and how big the doctor is willing to go.
