Should I consider a larger volume?

I am currently wearing a 34C bra...sometimes can fit into a 36B. I want to be a very full D...close to a DD. My doctor recommended 350 cc's Moderate profile. I am worried that 350 cc's will not give the the fullness that I am looking for. Should I consider 400/420 cc's? Below is a picture of my desired look. She started a bit smaller than I am. Am I on the right track or should I increase the amount of CC's?
