Juvederm in the tear trough area left puffy green ridge

Hello, I got juvederm under my eyes for hollows there over 1.5 years ago and now the area looks blue/green and is elevated. If I have my picture taken or if you look at me in certain lighting the area looks obviously elevated. I saw my doctor afterwards on two different occasions and he said there was no product there anymore (this was after about 10 months) but I never felt product or bumps there - it was mostly just this elevated green/blue area. The skin under my eyes is really thin. I want to know what to do now!
