Hi ladies I am now 19 days post op after Full TT BA with implant, I have come along way since day 1 post op but didn't realise what a slow process the whole experience would be!! The swelling for me remains a massive pain!! (As with most of us it seems!!) My scars are amazing i am so pleased. Still massively tired and think i could cry with frustration sometimes but know it'll be worth it in months rather than weeks....I travel to france on friday (24th) eeekkkk MASSIVE DRIVE!!!! Any advise is more than recomended??

Reading all these reviews makes my day - keep up your fabulous healing guys, I have posted some new pics over the weekend!! x x x

Hyjen, it would be great if you could post a review on your story. I would love to read it and I am sure others will benefit from it. And if you have any questions or concerns the others who have had MM before you may be able to leave you helpful or encouraging comments. I hope you are healing nicely and happy with your results. :)

I have never really taken the time to look at the forums.... But here I am, and unable to sleep because my surgery is in less than 7 hours! Wish I would have known about this earlier. Good luck ladies and happy healing!

My surgery was 1st August I am now 5 days sort op feeling pretty good walking not so hunched up! I am over the moon with the results. . Will post pic later x

The back pain has been the worst, however a heating pad has helped a ton ! The first few days coughing was awful, but after a week is not bad. The binder/girdle is best at its tightest. The reduction/lift has been pretty easy so far. The lipo is sore, but not bad :)

Coughing is the worst! I have been sucking on cough drops constantly but a cough snuck up on me today and oh I cried. Going to try honey & tea I read it helps. Any other suggestions would be great. The whole holding tummy tight just doesn't cut it. My swelling has pretty much went down on the BA the tummy is still very swollen. My back pain is rough I can't wait to stand up straight again

Hang in there! I had no cough at all, I think only once and was bad. I liked having the tummy compression thingy, actually it has been almost a year and I still wear it once in a while...you will be walking straight in no time, so glad you did it!!! Congrats!

They use to do Mommy Makeovers as a contest. How come they don't do them as contests no more? Or are there contests out there and where are they? Some people can't afford a TT and Lipo. I would love to win a contest to have this done. Any suggestions?

I had Full TTw muscle rec lipo to flanks and hips and BA with full lift on 8/5. only doing threadmill.... Craving sweets big time and didn't before but keeping it under control with fresh fruit and low fat whipped cream. Have lost 20 lbs since surgery and dont want to take steps back! You can do it! Weight watchers online helping me big time.

You've lost 20lbs since surgery? Wow, good for you! Thank you for the encouragement! I need it big time. The snacking and sweets are what is killing me. I was just thinking that I could workout hardcore to recover from my bad eatting developments and that has not been the case. Thank you for your help!

I had a TT BL and lipo on hip, flanks, and thighs July 25. I'm starting on the treadmill. Do a sugar cleanse. You need to break that cycle. Start out slow beach body is tooooo much

Thank you! I will definitely start walking now. I had seen reviews where women were back at the gym, basically full force by 4-6weeks, and I was starting to get down on myself for not feeling up to that. I will have to look into a sugar cleanse method b/c I am undoing all the hard work I put in prior to surgery--and the holiday feasts are in my near future--I need to fix this now! :)

Has anyone started working out again, if so what are you doing? I had TT, BA, BL & Lipo of my hip roll on 8/22. I've tried doing my beachbody dvds but the pilates are killing me. I thought I had full range of motion until I tried to do these tapes! I've put on 11 lbs and all I want to do is eats sweets-which is totally out of character for me-I'm a salt-a-holic normally. I need help ladies!
