Juevederm results went away in less than a week - should I get more?

I had Juevederm Injections into my smile lines about 6 days ago. They are pretty deep, and the doctor used only 1 Syringe. At first, they looked amazing. I couldn't believe how great it worked! Well 6 days later, I have to say most of my results are pretty much gone. What started as an 85% correction changed to maybe a 25% correction in less than a week. My question is, do I need to go get another treatment? If so, I have another appointment a week from tomorrow. Is that too late?
