Has Anyone Used JetBlue Wheelchair Assistance in the Dominican Republic After Having TT & BBL?

I ended up buying a direct flight back home. I was advised to use wheelchair assistance when I am coming back from having my procedures done in the Dom Rep. Has anyone used JetBlue wheelchair assistance. Is it hard to grab your bag from Bagage claim, when you can t lift anything heavy.
