darker skin ipl for face

I ve done Ipl 20 days ago now its more darker then it use to be .any body any idea why its darker ? Please any suggesions ? As I'm worrying to much .the doctor advanced that it will became darker and skin will come off. It did after few days it turned to darker spots

You might want to check out the answer to the question, How Long Will Hyperpigmentation Last after IPL, in our doctor Q&A, it sounds like maybe that is what you have. Hope that helps.
