Is there a non-invasive procedure/product to tighten my neck?

I'm forming vertical bands in the middle of my neck when I move it a certain way. The skin will also pleat if I run my fingers along it, so I assume it is losing firmness. I'm 44 and have consulted a PS and dermatologist who will not do a neck lift. This is making me feel old. I'd like to tighten the skin and eliminate these bands before it gets worse. I've heard Thermage doesn't work. Your advice is appreciated.

Ulthera - I had it and the results were great. It hurts like hell though, so be sure to get prescription pain meds.to take before. You'll need someone to drive you to your appointment and pick you up.

I am not a professional, but I'm looking into dermarolling. It's pricking the skin with very slender, short needles, which cause the skin to produce collagin. Sorry, don't know how to spell it and I'm not looking it up. Anyway, check owndoc.com and other sites for additional information.

I have this same problem. Can anyone offer a solution--something that doesn't include surgery. I've seen the horror stories online!
