Those without insurance, how did you finance your BR?

Hi everyone, I've recently decided to consider breast reduction surgery. However, because of my age I don't qualify for medicare and cannot afford health insurance. I was wondering if anyone in a similar position still found a way to finance their surgery with other methods? thank you! Ali
