What insurance company approved your breast reduction surgery.

My insurance company is Med-Pay  My bust side is 42I/44H. I went to my family Dr for documentation of my aches and pains and bust size , I asked for a referal to a PS. My family DR agreed a reduction would help me and she made the referal. The PS said I was a good canidate for breast reduction and two weeks later I was approved. I was very lucky I did not have to got threw any hoops.
