How can I get rid of my turkey neck?

I have a consultation today with to remove (hopefully) my turkey neck or whatever they call it, my neck has been pointed to by family and friends with concerns. I am looking forward to remove this unsightly distraction. What is recommended?  Neck lift?  Something less invasive?
