Need information/pictures for reverse tummy tuck/abdominoplasty

Hi Everyone, There are few doctors that do this procedure without cutting across the entire area under the breasts with a big horizontal incision. There are couple who cut and conceal the scars under both breast only. Does anyone have any pictures, recommended doctors, advice they can share with me? I really want to have this done.
