Infections?

Hi everyone, I had my BR on 12/20, and everything went great until this morning. My left breast has streaking and is really painful to the touch. Has anyone had infections? I saw my PS and he put me back on antibiotics and told me to go the ER if it worsens tomorrow. Are there any other reasons I would have these symptoms? No fevers/chills, by the way.  Thanks :)
