Is this an incision infection or a bad scar after breast implants?

I had Breast augmentation on 3/2/10 and my sutures were removed at my 2 week post op appt. The very next day I notice that my incision had become a bit irritated and the 2nd day after sutures were removed it became swollen as you see it now. at this moment, I have no fever, pain or heat to the incision area. When I press down on the incision I am able to feel as if the tissue underneath is open. Is this an infection getting stared or a bad looking scar? incision didnt look like this before sutures removed.
