Inadvertent crunch damage muscle repair after tummy tuck?

I'm 5 days post-op tummy tuck. I am 200lbs, I got an extended tummy tuck with lipo of flanks and hips, also Muscle repair. I was stuck in bed and tried to turn, by myself but could not. I did eventually get out of the bed, but I had to wriggle and contort my waist. I did a few movements similar to a crucnch. I am wondering could that have damaged my Muscle Repair?

I had a tummy tuck one week ago, I Went grocery shopping yesterday, my three year old jumped on my abd and this morning i had to lift him away from a dangerous situation. I feel a slight bulge can all these activities cause my muscle repair to fail?
